Specialty leasing is growing exponentially. Today it is an important, enduring and credible component of the shopping center landscape. The existing processes for specialty leasing are generally inefficient and cost the industry millions of dollars. We want to make the leasing process easy for both the operator and the landlord to maximize the huge opportunity that exists in specialty leasing.
Our vision is to make specialty leasing easy.
